BEFORE THE SESSION

Send nothing sensitive.

Prepare a short description of the outcome you want. Remove private customer data, passwords, API keys and confidential files before sharing your screen.

AFTER PAYMENT

Your time is reserved.

You receive a confirmation email. Meeting details are sent to the same address used for your GemDuck course account.

RESCHEDULING

Plans change.

Reply to the confirmation email if you need another time. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
