GemDuck Limited operates GemDuck AI at ai.gemduck.app. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

We collect the email address you provide for password-free access. We store course progress, product orders and entitlements, payment references and status (not full card details), email delivery status, page activity, campaign parameters, random browser and session identifiers, page paths, referring domains, approximate device type, language, time zone and country when supplied by our hosting provider. Site statistics do not store full referring URLs, IP addresses or device fingerprints.

How we use it

We use this information to provide access, save progress, process and support purchases, deliver receipts and products, prevent duplicate orders, measure advertising and improve the product.

Service providers

Our infrastructure may use Railway for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and security, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email, and TikTok for advertising measurement when its pixel is enabled. Each provider processes limited data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To request access, correction or deletion of account data, email [email protected]. Some transaction records may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Security and retention

Access sessions use protected cookies. Do not store confidential information in your account. We retain account, order and analytics data while reasonably required for service, security, legal and operational purposes.
