GemDuck Limited operates the GemDuck AI course at ai.gemduck.app. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

We collect the email address, first name and encrypted password you provide when joining. We also store course progress, basic product events, referring campaign parameters and standard technical request data.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, deliver the course, save progress, send course-related emails, understand which campaigns work and improve the product.

Service providers

Our infrastructure may use Railway for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and security, Resend for email, and TikTok for advertising measurement when its pixel is enabled. Each provider processes limited data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To request access, correction or deletion of your account data, email [email protected].

Security and retention

Passwords are hashed and session cookies are protected. We retain account data while your account is active and as reasonably required for security, legal and operational purposes.
