By using GemDuck AI, you agree to these terms. The courses, projects and consultations are educational and do not constitute legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Examples are not promises that you will earn income.

Your access

The service uses low-friction email-only access. Use an email address you control, do not access another person’s history, abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Paid digital products

GemDuck AI Project Lab is a one-time digital purchase containing 16 project courses in version 1.0. The price and currency shown on the offer are confirmed by Stripe at checkout. Access is linked to the email used at checkout and starts after payment confirmation. Existing purchasers of the replaced AI Revenue Casebook receive Project Lab access through the same entitlement. Prices include or exclude taxes as shown by Stripe at checkout.

One-to-one consulting

Consulting is a live working service booked for the start time you select. The booking page uses your browser’s time zone and the confirmation email records that time zone. Your booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Meeting details are sent to the email used for your GemDuck account. The Unlimited package begins with the selected kickoff time; its working scope and follow-up schedule are agreed by email.

Changing a booking

Reply to the confirmation email if you need to change your consultation time. Alternative times depend on availability, and we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Delivery and compatibility

The digital product is delivered as a downloadable ZIP. It is designed for AI tools that can read and edit a local folder, with Codex Desktop and Claude Cowork as the primary supported experiences. The AI tool itself may require a separate subscription, usage allowance, Node.js or Python. The course package does not include those third-party services.

Refunds

If the paid course is not useful, email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase with your order reference. For consulting, contact us before the booked start time so we can review a cancellation, refund or reschedule request. We may revoke digital access when a full refund is issued. These policies do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law.

Course use

You may use materials and your completed projects for your own learning and internal or client work. You may not resell, republish or distribute the original course package as your own without written permission. Third-party sources retain their own licenses as listed in the package.

Safety and results

Project examples use local sample data and require human review for financial, legal, employment, customer, security and other high-impact decisions. The quant project is historical backtesting education only and must not place live trades. We do not guarantee income, employment, business performance or uninterrupted compatibility with third-party AI tools.

Availability

We may update the curriculum, product or these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but will take reasonable care in operating the service.
